Individual vs Crayon Group Holding ASA

The complaint is submitted by a former employee of one of Crayon Group ASA’s international subsidiaries.

The complainant alleges that Crayon Group Holding ASA has failed to observe the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct with regard to discrimination and harassment in the workplace, protection against retaliation for whistleblowers, fair treatment and ensuring or contributing to redress at a subsidiary outside Norway.

The complaint relates to several chapters of the OECD Guidelines. (See table below.)

The NCP has decided to reject the submission. In making this assessment, the NCP has made no determination as to whether the company has observed the Guidelines.
