NCP Norway disseminates knowledge about the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct, handles complaints, and creates arenas for dialogue and collaboration.

The OECD Guidelines
The OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct are recommendations from governments on how companies can act responsibly, wherever they operate.
52 countries adhere to the Guidelines – representing a large part of the global economy.
GUIDANCE AND TOOLS
Implementing responsibility
A core component of the OECD Guidelines is the recommendation for companies to carry out risk-based due diligence to prevent and address adverse impacts on people, society, and the environment. Various actors support businesses in their due diligence efforts, but as an expert body, NCP Norway knows what is reuiredt.

UNIQUE GRIEVANCE MECHANISM
Dialogue and mediation yield results
The NCP system serves as a resource for organisations and individuals when they believe that a business has failed to observe the OECD Guidelines.
Responsibility is not about size.
Whether a company is small or large, all must address risks to people, society, and the environment.
